Youth Basketball- Covid-19 Compliance Question Title * 1. What association do you represent (please include the gender(s) of your program)? Question Title * 2. What is your email address? Question Title * 3. Moving forward, the MYAS, MYBA members, and all youth basketball leaders must commit to additional COVID-19 safety guideline requirements for all participants throughout the state of Minnesota. We must be #strongertogether and demand a safe environment by mandating that everyone complies with the guidelines or they will face consequences! These guidelines and consequences need to apply to both practices/games and all of the peripheral components such as carpooling, locker room usage, pre- and post event gatherings, etc. Statewide compliance is of pinnacle importance. When we are able to resume, we (as a youth basketball community) need to prove to the State of Minnesota that we can do this safely. If they see that we are not operating in a safe way, they will shut it down. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR SUGGESTIONS ON ADDITIONAL SAFETY GUIDELINES AND THE CONSEQUENCES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ASSOCIATIONS THAT DO NOT COMPLY.
