The IBPA Advocacy Committee recently learned that several IBPA members are experiencing difficulty with Amazon's Advantage Program, specifically in regards to customer service.
Amazon's site states, "New Advantage enrollment is currently paused as we make improvements to the registration process," which raises questions about the future of this program.
The IBPA Advocacy Committee wants to hear from you. Are you part of Amazon's Advantage Program? If so, please take a few minutes to fill out this survey.
