TREx Team Reflection & Program Evaluation
September 2025

This reflection and evaluation activity is designed to be done as a team, but may be coordinated by the Team Lead and completed in whatever way seems most feasible and meaningful to team members.

Note: this activity is meant to be done as an organization-based team, meaning it will not be facilitated by the TREx Program Staff (Amy, Amanda, Anna, Monica). We hope you’ll use one of your standing internal TREx team meetings — because we know you’re all doing these, right?! — to accomplish this.

Purpose
  • An opportunity for teams to celebrate accomplishments so far (there have already been 8 months of program activity with many successes: alliances built, potential sparked, goals refined, lessons learned, programs expanded…)
  • A moment to capture “the plan” as it exists today (compared to when you applied to the program or when you hosted us on site, etc.)
  • Shared meaning making by the change-makers (compare notes among individual team members! Rediscover the shared purpose & priorities of this work!)
  • Consider whether additional change-makers are needed on the team (as circumstances & plans evolve, so must the team…sometimes)
  • Help the TREx Program Team (Amy, Amanda, Anna, Monica) understand your experience so far & adjust accordingly (we designed this program to be adaptable, but we gotta know better to do better)
