The objective of this survey is to assess current wellbeing surveys with alternative methods, as part of a larger project looking into wellfare economics. Please feel free to contact me at any time before during or after you have completed the survey at the above email address.

Please note that all answers are anonymous, used for scientific research and no identifying information will be used in anyway. This is a research project for my economics degree, please pass it on to friends and family. Please answer all questions honestly and preferably when you are in a calm state and alone, as heightened emotions and other people can influence answers and therefore the data. This must be completed by the 15th of May to allow time to process the information. Thankyou for your participation it is very appreciated!

This questionnaire is designed to look at the economics of wellbeing and Happiness. It will be split into two sections, section 1 (Questions 1-15) will require written inputs, section 2 (Questions 16-45) will be scaled questions (on a scale of 0-10), please answer all questions in order, ideally spending no less than 30 seconds on each.

The survey should take about 20-25 minutes.

Any data collected will only be used for my research project and final economics assessment, it will not be passed on to any other institutes, individuals or companies not directly involved in my project. The data obtained will be kept for a maximum of 4 months to allow time for my tutor to mark my work at which point it will be deleted. Any data provided will be kept safe from unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction.
