WSHA Rent Increase Consultation

You have read the information about why we are consulting you, please now give us your views on the proposed rent increase of 5.5% from 1st April 2027. Please note, you must provide your name and address to take part.

You have until 30/11/2026 to complete the consultation questions, which should take you no more than 5 minutes.

Your completed response will also enter you into a prize draw and you could win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers. If you do not wish to be entered please tick the box at the end.
