The Organic Resource Locator (ORL) is a web-based mapping tool created by the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) that maps producers and users of food scraps and other organics in New York State. The ORL is meant to facilitate the sustainable utilization of these materials. The information collected from this survey will be used to improve data, features and attributes in the next version of the ORL.
