Thank you for taking the time to complete this "Site Characteristics Survey"  It is very important to Friendly's and will generate critical information regarding our existing restaurants and markets.  The data collected from this survey will be used to better understand the importance of site characteristics and their impacts on Friendly's.

Bear in mind that many questions may require your subjective evaluation.  You are the key to the success of this evaluation, so rely on your local market knowledge, experience, and best judgement when answering the questions.

Please complete a separate survey for each Friendly's restaurant location that you operate.  Please complete the following survey in its entirety, paying particular attention to completeness and accuracy.  The data that we are collecting will be used to improve the overall real estate strategy and assist in the selection of better potential locations while managing impacts against existing restaurants.
