Supporting diversity research!
Dear Colleagues,
LGBTQ+ identity is an important topic in workplace diversity, and its role in workplace-related stress has not been well studied in ophthalmology.
Thus, we welcome ALL ophthalmology providers to answer this short survey to explore this important topic. This study has been approved by the University of Miami Institutional Review Board (ID 20171092, MOD00051055).
The results are completely anonymous, and the average time to completion is 4 minutes.
Please feel free to share this survey with ophthalmology colleagues so we can reach as wide an audience as possible. However, if you have received this survey more than once, please participate only once.
