1. Authentic Leadership Questionnaire

100% of survey complete.
Thank you for clicking on the link to have a look at this page.  This was the initial pilot study that formed part of my original PhD research and was designed to collect the initial information that was used to determine which questions should be included in a new research-based UK Authentic Leadership Questionnaire.

The research was done with senior serving military leaders in the UK armed forces and not students, which is commonly the case with doctoral research.

Although the final questionnaire is much shorter, with only 15 questions, this survey comprises 129 questions.   I have left it up and available on Survey Monkey as there is global interest in Authentic Leadership and people regularly contact me to learn more about the behaviours and thinking which relate to an Authentic Leadership style.

If you want to complete the survey, depending on how quickly you tend to respond to questionnaires such as these, it should take no longer than 15-20 minutes of your time.

There's no option to save your responses unfortunately, however you may find a way to save and print out your responses from your own device.

No feedback can be offered to you as the research is now concluded.  However, if you would like to learn more about the eventual results of the research - the 3 Pillars of Authentic Leadership, please have a look at my website at www.cognitivefitness.co.uk.

The ALQ360 in the form of a questionnaire and personalised 360 feedback report is now available for organisations and leaders to use.  If this is of interest to you please contact me directly on fiona.bj@cognitivefitness.co.uk

If you are a student engaged in research and you want to use the final questionnaire, you will find the final 15 items and associated statistical data on my academic poster, also at www.cognitivefitness.co.uk under the Resources page.

With best wishes,
Fiona Beddoes-Jones, PhD
