Sarah’s Hope is contracting with A Circle of Ten, Inc. (C10) to establish our Building Rural Agencies’ Capacity towards Community & Economic Development* (BRACCED) Project Strategic Plan. BRACCED will impact our economy and improve quality of life for our citizens in the Greater Mt. Enterprise Area.
C10 will provide leadership, training & assistance to local leaders & BRACCED Committees to bring multiple grants for priorities you help set.
