Phase 1 now and Phase 2 later: Fundraising campaign to implement Master Plan Phase 1 now ($271,400 +/-), Phase 2 ($47,700 +/-) at a later date.

Entire Master Plan now: Fundraising campaign to fund entire Master Plan now ($316,000).

Extensive campaign to include courtyard renovation, budget shortfall and future parking lot repairs/improvements: Fundraising goal for Master Plan and parking lot ($500,000)

Not interested in moving forward with any courtyard plan
