The overall goal of this learning series is for participants to integrate concepts pertaining to promoting a culture of equity and inclusion to reflect overall identity of the nursing profession, to increase skills among faculty members to improve success and retention of diverse and underrepresented populations of nursing students, and to ensure a safe environment for students, faculty, and staff to express their identities.
