Parkinson Association of Alabama, Parkinson Disease Vehicle License Plate

Have you ever thought about getting a personalized car tag for Parkinson’s?  This opportunity may be available to you soon and will support Parkinson research and programs in our state coordinated through the Parkinson Association of Alabama (PAA).

The PAA plans to submit the application for a Parkinson disease license plate through the Alabama Department of Revenue’s Motor Vehicle Division (MVD).  The PAA will have one year to obtain a pre-commitment of 250 tag purchases to move forward once the MVD approves our tag submission.  Your responses to the following survey questions will greatly assist us with our planning process.
