4.I am a food business consultant specialising in New Product Development (NPD). I work on a freelance basis. Some of the ways I work with early stage food businesses are by designing NPD processes, specification management, developing products and technical document writing. With more established businesses, I help with cost optimisation, staff training, product reformulation, NPD process improvement and company culture.
