The AESC Lifetime Achievement Award

The AESC Lifetime Achievement Award (also known as the Gardner Heidrick Award) is presented to an executive search or leadership consultant who has made an outstanding contribution to the executive search and leadership consulting profession. Bestowed since 1982, it honors lifetime achievement and recognizes the highest standards of work. Nominees should embody AESC professional and ethical practices. The announcement and presentation of the award will be made at the AESC 2017 Global Conference, on March 29 at the Time Warner Center in New York City.
