Organisational Answer Cancer Champion Quarterly Impact Survey (January - March 2024)

We want to find out more what impact our Organisational Answer Cancer Champions are having on their communities and how they are encouraging cancer screening and helping to save lives!

This survey only has seven short questions and will take no more than 3 minutes to complete. Every Champion who completes this survey by the deadline of Wednesday 2nd April 2024 will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £50 in vouchers!

For these questions we ask that you give a very rough estimate of numbers since the start of January 2024. You don't need to be precise, we are just trying to get a flavour for the work you are doing.
