Thank you for participating in the Community Equity Profile Education survey. We appreciate your input to this important process.

The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque’s Community Equity Profile helps the community understand how all people are affected by various systems. In 2015, we created Dubuque’s first Equity Profile to inform community leaders, community members and policymakers and serve as a guide for creating an action plan that will support Dubuque’s growth as an equitable and inclusive community.

Today, we are updating the Equity Profile by gathering data through research, community conversations and surveys. Over the next few months, you will have an opportunity to share feedback through surveys on  Health & Wellness, Arts & Culture, Safe Neighborhoods and Transportation.

SURVEY PROCESS AND OUTCOMES

During this survey, we will ask questions about your race and ethnicity, gender identity, religion and other demographic and identity data. We are doing this in order to provide the most transparent view into how a person’s identity influences their experience of our community, and to make sure we are best able to attribute responses and input to marginalized groups who might otherwise not be adequately represented in a large survey.

Survey results will be compiled into monthly “snapshots” of each topic that will be published online and in print. All information will be reported anonymously. Some comments might be published without attribution or other identifying information.

By completing this survey, you agree that you have read and understood the purpose of the survey and voluntarily agree to participate.
