The North Carolina Early Childhood Family Leadership Conference will take place on Saturday, April 23 from 9am - 1pm EST and will contribute to an ongoing collective conversation to build a birth-to-five early childhood system that is family-centered and equitable in North Carolina, centering parent and family voices.
