For those who practice in the community

We are introducing the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) Community Neuro-Oncology Committee, which was formed this year to recognize that majority of some form of neuro-oncology care is provided in the community. There is an unmet need to not only create or strength the relationships between neuro-oncology community members and their respective tertiary/quaternary academic institution but also to support these community providers to offer best-practice neuro-oncology care in the community. We are taking the first steps of formally recognizing our community neuro-oncology providers by trying to compile a directory of who is practicing neuro-oncology in the community, whether by training versus happenstance.

We would appreciate your willingness to help us launch this endeavor by filling out the following survey.

Sincerely,
The Community Neuro-Oncology Committee Leadership Team
