Facility Programs

This funding is available for programs that will contribute to the sustainability of any facility constructed for the 2009 Canada Games in Prince Edward Island.

Facility owners and provincial sport organizations (PSO) are both eligible to apply for funding under this program.

•             UPEI Alumni Canada Games Place
•             Credit Union Place
•             Cavendish Farms Montague & Area Wellness Centre
•             O’Leary Community Recreation Facility
•             Victoria Park Tennis Courts

Ineligible Projects
This funding is available for new programs that have or will contribute to the sustainability of any facility constructed for the 2009 Canada Games in Prince Edward Island.  Funding is not meant to support capital costs, regular facility maintenance costs or existing employee/staffing costs.

There is approximately $5000 (total) available for programs in this category.
