The following survey is the second required survey for the upcoming Board and C2EP meeting and strategic planning scheduled for Sunday, August 23rd-Friday, August 28th. Please read carefully and select your dining options and clarify your travel dates and guests.

BOD and C2EP Joint Meeting

Outing/activity in PEI with group
Friday, August 28th
Flights home

*Note: If due to the distance of travel, you have to fly into PEI on Aug. 22, that is okay. Please let Abby know (abishop@gowpi.org) so she can book you an extra hotel night from the 22 to the 23.
