If you fancy winning 10 copies of Werewolf Wood by Lan Cook for your Book Club, please complete this survey by 26 September for the chance to take part.

The books will be delivered to you in October and you will have six weeks after you receive the book to send back individual reviews. To select the book clubs, we anonymise your applications and share with the publisher.

We would also welcome photos and screengrabs of social media posts but these do not need to include children's faces.

Please only apply if you will be able to send the group's feedback by this date. If you do not send in feedback in return for the free books, you will not be able to apply for other opportunities.
