GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in “Exchange Rate” (the “Session”). In order to apply and participate you must fully complete the following documents:

1. Short Application
2. Audition Release
3. Submitted Materials Release

If you are applying as part of a team of collaborators, EACH COLLABORATOR must complete and submit his/her own Initial Application Packet*.

*You and/or your business partner must be an attendee of exchange.



Please note: In order to fully complete the application process for the Session you must complete the Full Application Packet, which includes the following documents which will be provided by The John Maxwell Company at a later date.

1. Applicant Questionnaire
2. Business Details Questionnaire
3. Intellectual Property Questionnaire
4. Audition Release
5. Submitted Materials Release
6. Participant Agreement

Please submit your application no later than Monday, October 1.  We will notify you by Monday, October 22 if you have been selected to pitch your non-profit or give-back idea to the panel, which will take place LIVE in front of all attendees at Exchange in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, November 7.

All application materials become property of The John Maxwell Company and will not be returned. If you would like to retain a copy, please download it here.
