Title of the Study: Ethical Awareness of Information Technology Students in a Local Jamaican High School

Purpose and description: You are being asked to participate in a research study.
Procedures: You will be asked to answer questions regarding your view of Ethics in Information Technology
Right to withdraw or refusal to participate: Participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may withdraw from this study at any time without prejudice
Confidentiality: Confidentiality will be maintained to the degree possible given the technology and practices used by the online survey company. Only the researcher has access to your responses. Please do not put or indicate your name on the questionnaire. You may decide to withdraw from the study at any time without prejudice. During the study your data will be kept securely under encryption.
Compensation: No compensation will be offered for your participation in this study.
