CAA California Recycling & Reuse System Inquiry Form

Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act (SB 54) implementation is coming, and Circular Action Alliance (CAA) wants to hear from you!

We’re starting the process of gathering information from jurisdictions, tribes, service providers, end markets and others involved in California’s municipal solid waste and recycling system. Our goal is to better understand both your current programs and what CAA funding and support you’ll need for your SB 54 implementation.

Our first step is to collect some basic information in the form below, which will help us to figure out the right next steps for our engagement with your organization. This will also help us to know who in your organization will be the point(s) of contact for SB 54.

After reviewing responses, CAA will reach out to start scheduling 1:1 meetings to learn more about your program, answer questions, and discuss next steps in the SB 54 implementation process.

Please note, this is a no-commitment form! Submitting a response does not constitute an application for reimbursement, and it does not create any obligation to participate in the program.

Thank you in advance for your engagement on SB 54 and being part of this exciting transformation in the management of plastics, packaging, and food service ware across California.
