Portlaoise RFC Club Survey
Portlaoise RFC is your club, owned and controlled by its members. An elected Executive Committee is responsible for its management with oversight by the Trustees.
Our ambition is to be amongst the best Community-based sports clubs promoting enjoyable participation in rugby at all levels/abilities on and off the field with the appropriate support and control structures.
To kick this off and obtain initial feedback we require 10 minutes of your time to complete a short questionnaire accessed by clicking on the link below.
Following this we will share the survey feedback and seek your further direct input, guidance, and support. We will discuss this at the Annual General Meeting of members to be held in the club on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.

We are looking to make improvements to how we do things at Portlaoise RFC, and we would appreciate your feedback. The new Online Member Survey will only take a few minutes of your time but is so important to us.
The Survey will give Portlaoise RFC valuable insight into what our members think and cover Rugby, Facilities, and Club Culture. As a Club, our achievements have been recognised in key areas: retaining and developing youth players into the All-Ireland League (at the moment we have close to 20 players from Portlaoise playing in the AIL) and through the Leinster Pathways up to and including Irish under 20, representative level.
1. Our priority is to recruit new players; recruit and retain high-quality coaches, volunteers, and referees; effective and efficient facilities, management and governance; and integration with the local community. With the Portlaoise RFC Core Values, this all leads to a strong and sustainable club. But what do you think?
