Heartland Counties Resident Survey

The eight counties that make up Michigan's Heartland region - Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Mecosta, Midland, Ogemaw, and Osceola - are working together to create a new Materials Management Plan (MMP) to help all of us reduce waste, reuse items, recycle materials, and compost organic materials. You, the residents, are a critical part of this process! We value your perspectives and ideas for improving waste collection and processing. Please share your thoughts to help us improve materials management, save money, and protect the environment across all eight counties.
