The Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA) has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the Strengthening PAFA and Public Financial Management Resilience in Africa (SPRA) Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this grant to payments under the contract for a Consulting Firm to undertake a a Comprehensive Programme to Enhance Audit Quality on the Continent, including Translation and Contextualisation of PAFA’s Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Guidance, Development and Translation of QA Reviewer Certificate, Development and Translation of SMP Implementation Tool, and Associated Capacity-Building Workshops and Trainings for Francophone and Anglophone African PAOs and Regulators .
PAFA now invites EOI from Consulting Firms to a comprehensive Programme to Enhance Audit Quality on the Continent, including Translation and Contextualisation of PAFA’s Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Guidance, Development and Translation of QA Reviewer Certificate, Development and Translation of SMP Implementation Tool, and Associated Capacity-Building Workshops and Trainings for Francophone and Anglophone African PAOs and Regulators as set forth in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
Service Providers should carefully review the Request for EOI and ToR before deciding whether to submit a EOI. EOI should be submitted only if the service provider can perform the service if selected.
