Location: FFL Site, SadiqabadEducation : BE/BSc Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Inspection of all major static assets: Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Plant Piping, Refractory, Pipelines and repairs / rerating of the same based on inspection findings.
- Retirement thickness calculation, corrosion rate calculation, remaining service life calculation for static equipment systems and advising for any repairs/replacement/re-rating requirements.
- Verify different Damage Mechanisms, their deterioration rates and mitigation measures.
- Ensuring Quality assurance of new equipment like exchangers, pressure vessels and drums. Review of NDE procedures and ensuring quality control through witness of Hold Points.
- Assessment, Audit & Monitoring of Cathodic Protection System of plant underground piping and NG line, regular PSP audits.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot plant problems and to avoid their recurrence by identifying damage mechanism and its mitigation measures.
- Preparation and implementation of Mechanical Integrity plans.
- Candidate must have relevant experience in Oil& Gas, Refinery and preferably of Fertilizer plants. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of Ammonia and Urea Plants.
