VTLA Survey -- Virginia General Assembly's Joint Subcommittee on Pandemic Response and Preparedness (PARALEGAL)

The Virginia General Assembly has created a Pandemic Response and Preparedness Joint Subcommittee to analyze the Commonwealth’s response, in many regards, to the COVID-19 pandemic. Part of this analysis will include an examination of how Virginia’s judicial system functioned during the pandemic, i.e., what worked well, what worked poorly, what lessons can be drawn from the experience.
