3.Given with the definition of the insanity defense being a mental disorder defense used in court, arguing that the defendant isn’t responsible for their actions due to a psychiatric disease at the time of the criminal act. Would you say there is any potential for this defense to be misused, and how?
4.Would you say this defense can bring about more good or not?
5.To meet the criteria to use the insanity defense, one must have proof they were suffering from a disease of the mind, making them unaware of the severity of the act they were committing at the time the crime was committed. Using this information, do you think you would be able to falsely plead the defense and essentially fake insanity?

7.The insanity defense has a 26% success rate and is also only used in 1% of court cases, however, has helped certain individuals to receive justice when having committed certain crimes as they were simply incapable of comprehending their actions. Based off this information, do you think the insanity defense should be abolished and why?
