Wildspitze Snowsports Sponsorship for Juniors

To encourage the development of snowsports skills amongst our juniors we are running the Wildspitze Junior Development Sponsorship program.
The sponsorship offers funding of $150 each for up to 10 juniors. The monies may be used towards the cost of interschool racing fees, private coaching or any junior development offered by Perisher’s Winter Sports Club Development Programs.

Objectives

• To develop snowsport skills amongst juniors.
• To encourage a pool of willing and able juniors with racing skills so that they can participate in interschools or interclub race programs.
• To mentor our juniors to become fine adults interested in all things Club.
• To increase camaraderie amongst our Members and develop an appreciation of what a Wildspitze membership has to offer families.
• Increase juniors’ awareness of the Perisher Range Resort.

How to apply

Our Wildspitze Sponsorship program is open to all juniors. A junior is considered to be the child, step-child, grandchild or step- grandchild of a Member that is currently enrolled at school or university on a full time basis up to the age of 21.

Online applications are now open until no later than COB Tuesday 30 July 2019.

Sponsorship is limited to no more than 2 per family and if more than 10 juniors apply then acceptance will be determined by ballot.

Proof of funds spent will be required by the Snowsports Convenor.
