2018 EWA Award Nominations

Conditions

• • The Nominee must be an EWA member with the exception of Volunteer and Administrator of the Year.
  • The Nominator must be an EWA member.
  • The nomination period is January – December annually (excluding Special Services to the Sport which is for services rendered over an extended period of time).
  • If the Nominee has breached any code of conduct, strict liability, or is suspected of behaviour unbecoming of a member, the nomination may be ineligible.
  • Nominations must be submitted on official electronic nomination forms. Post, fax or verbal nominations will not be accepted.
  • Nominations close on the last day of November each year.
  • Late nominations will not be accepted.

Guidelines
EWA encourages all committees, clubs and members to participate by considering potential nominations. Factors to consider when completing a nomination include:

• The award criteria
• The Nominee's achievements or contributions during the nomination period
• The level of the Nominee's achievements (i.e. regional, state, national or international)
• The significance of the Nominee’s contributions to the sport
