By registering your JEEP, you agree to the following guidelines below:
* Event takes place Sunday, October 9th 2022 11am - 4pm
Franconia Township Park, Franconia PA
*Entry fee is $10/per JEEP. (Donations go towards the PBA’s annual “Shop with a Cop” so if you’d like to donate more, THANK YOU!!✌🏻

* Participant parking: Please enter via Godshall Road entrance. JEEP parking will be up towards the left on the football field. A parking attendant will assist you. You can enter/set up as early as 10am.
* Prizes will be awarded to the TOP 5 decorated Jeeps! (Around 4:00PM the day of the event). Top 3 are voted on by Fall Fest guests, 1 “Chief’s Choice” prize and 1 TBD prize.
* Votes are cast using an electronic voting system and will only be open the hours of the event on Sunday. You will be assigned a number for voting, once you’re parked.
* Participants will keep decorations/props FAMILY FRIENDLY ( please no guts/gore)
* Participants will respect the park grounds, no ‘turfing’ up fields etc.
* Participants assume any risk or damage to their vehicle, decorations and props during this event. (Spectators will be walking around)
*All vehicles and participants involved with JEEP-O-WEEN during Fall Fest will abide by all laws as set forth by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Montgomery County, PA and Franconia Township.
*Food donations for the ‘’Bean Bag Food Program” will be collected that weekend, if you wish to contribute. (Food benefits children in the Souderton/Quakertown school districts)
