Please note the following regulations that apply to applicants, as required by our by-laws,
(a) Every director shall be eighteen (18) or more years of age.
(b) At any time that a director is elected to the board that director shall live or work in Frontenac or Lennox and Addington Counties, Ontario.
(c) No person who has an undischarged bankruptcy shall become a director.
(d) No employee, or spouse, or immediate family; nor those under direction of the corporation shall be eligible to become a director.
(e) A director shall have a clear Criminal Reference Check including vulnerable children sector.
