To comply with pharmacovigilance regulations, any adverse drug reactions, special situations, or product complaints related to a Servier product should be reported to the Sponsor. This is important even if you've already informed the company or regulatory authorities, as you may have additional details to share.
If this occurs, please fill out an Adverse Event/Adverse Drug Reaction/Special Situation form specific to your country and send it to the Servier Group's Pharmacovigilance Department
By doing so, you agree to waive confidentiality with the sponsor, allowing them to contact you directly for the sole purpose of documenting and following up on your report(s). Your name will be recorded as the reporter, and any further communication regarding the case will be handled directly between you and the Sponsor.
