This survey is being conducted by the University of Winnipeg’s Prairie Climate Centre in collaboration with Public Health Agency of Canada.
As part of the Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (ZIDs) Awareness Campaign, developed by the Prairie Climate Centre in collaboration with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), we are conducting a short survey to gather feedback on the campaign materials.
https://climateatlas.ca/topic/zoonosesThe campaign aims to support awareness of zoonotic infectious diseases among primary care health practitioners by highlighting the risks zoonoses pose to human health and the role health professionals play in identifying and responding to these risks in the Canadian context.
Your responses will help us evaluate the resources and guide the development of future materials designed to support health practitioners. The survey takes approximately 4 minutes to complete and personal or contact information provided will remain confidential.
