Housing and Social Needs Survey

Hilltown CDC would like you to have a voice in how we seek funding for Hilltown services by telling us where you see the greatest needs in our communities, and how we can improve our current programs. Survey results will be used to inform our Community Development Block Grant funding proposal for FY24. Our funder needs household financial demographics for individuals who provide input. This data is extremely helpful in demonstrating the need for programs. All information is confidential. The survey should take you about 5-10 minutes to complete.
