2024-25 Volunteer Scholarship Reviewer Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in reviewing scholarships! Please fill out the questionnaire below.

We are requesting that all volunteers commit two to four hours minimum over at least one of the week-long review periods to read and score all assigned applications. If you are looking to review a specific scholarship, please do not fill out this form and reach out to scholarship@azfoundation.org instead.

All reviews are done online. You may use a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Next Steps

Thank you for generously volunteering your time to assist us. Committee assignments will be finalized once we have received the majority of applications. Please be aware that if we have enough volunteers, your role as a reviewer may not be necessary. Should we require your assistance, you can anticipate communication at the start of your chosen review period(s). Once assigned, you will receive a notification and detailed instructions from administrator@grantinterface.com.
