Safety Vest Survey
Hello!
The USHJA Safety Committee would like to ask for the membership's input on the use of and experience with safety vests in the Hunter/Jumper discipline. As the use of safety vests has increased over the last few years, their goal is to collect data to help determine the need for added research and increased education surrounding both air vests and body protectors.
If you wouldn't mind to take a moment to complete the following survey, your input will be used to help provide information that will ultimately increase safety in the Hunter/Jumper ring...at home and at competition.
This survey should only take a few minutes. If you cannot answer a question or don't feel comfortable doing so, you may certainly skip it. If you are a parent/guardian and your child wears a safety vest, please consider submitting this survey on their behalf.
