Some facility changes or practices may require proof of sustainable actions through submission of acceptable artifacts in a follow up email to staff after initial review, including:
• Published public documents
• Meeting agendas
• Presentations
• Photos
• Event promotion
• Draft policies or procedures
• Official website content
• Press Releases or news stories about projects
• Grant agreements or award letters
• Invoices
• Budget documents
• Other reporting documents
Completion in any one or more of the categories will still result in certification review.
Categories in order are:
Water Conservation (section 2)
Energy Conservation (section 3)
Pollution Prevention (section 4)
Solid Waste Conservation (section 5)
Transportation/Air Quality (section 6)
Not all categories are required! You may skip sections as needed and submit completed form at the bottom of page 8.
