I know a few exercises I can repeat, but that's it I make it up as I go I'm trying out new exercises every time I practice I plan a variety of exercises beforehand, and then I practice that I use video classes or an app or an ebook at home (please tell me which one below) I use the following video class/app/ebook for my handstand practice OK Question Title * 5.
