This questionnaire is designed to consider the factors which are used to determine which schools to apply to and which not to apply to, when reviewing a potential teaching post.
This study is undertaken as part of the MBA at University of Birmingham, Business School.
All data will be collected and stored anonymously and will be deleted after clearance from the university.
