Information collected in this survey will only be used to provide you with a letter supporting your visa application, and to verify your attendance at the World Trails Conference with the International Event Coordinator Network (IECN) with the Australian Government, Department of Home Affairs.
To assist timely processing by Australia's visa offices overseas, we will provide the information below to the IECN from 19 June 2026, which is approximately 4 months out from the event.
We advise that all visa applications should be lodged at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to a person’s intended date of travel. Please note that if you are supplying supporting documentation for your visa application applying too early may result in the documentation (eg employment status, bank statements or financial records) being outdated and not relevant. We do not recommend applying for your visa earlier than 8 weeks from your intended travel date.
The IECN assistance given to the World Trails Conference organisers does not guarantee a visa grant. Visa applicants must demonstrate that they meet all the legislative requirements for an Australian visa.Please note:
