This survey is being administered by Integrating Women Leaders Foundation (IWL) headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. Founded in 2010, IWL is a non-profit focused on the advancement of women in the workplace. Programming related to allyship has been a focus of IWL's for several years now.

This survey should take 20 minutes to complete and we appreciate your investment of time to share your important opinions to drive progress. The data will be analyzed across the entire base of people who have responded from a number of organizations. Some questions are identical to questions we asked the past two years. We also have some new questions this year.
