ACORN is exploring the development of competency assessment resources for perioperative clinical skills and nursing roles. These could include assessment criteria, observation checklists and supporting guidance for assessors.
The resources would align with NSQHS and ACORN Standards and support workplace assessment, with implementation and authorisation managed by individual health service organisations.
Your feedback will help determine whether ACORN should proceed and which resources should be prioritised.
