ARA has learned that the State of Michigan Department of Agriculture, Division of Weights & Measures is currently sending out inspectors to investigate “improper fuel distribution”, and issuing citations for systems that are not certified to measure out gallons. These distribution methods include tanks, fuel caddies & other sources of fuel, used to fill rental equipment before/after rental. We want to learn the extent of W&M visits and the nature of those inspections. All information will be confidential and only referred to the aggregate.
