The FIA have recently engaged with Mates in Mind, the mental health support charity to provide guidance, signposting and support for those that might be suffering stress, anxiety or simply a tough few weeks.
We are very grateful for the time you are taking to complete this questionnaire. Please be assured that all responses will be held in the strictest confidence and used only by Mates in Mind and the FIA to assist in further improving mental health support for our fire industry colleagues.
This survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and your response is of great value to us as we look to be of the best possible support for those when they most need help. Please therefore try to be as honest as possible in your answers.
For crisis support, please call the Samaritans on 116 123 or text BEAMATE to 85258. You can also access details on a range of other support services, including bereavement, debt, gambling etc. on the Mates in Mind website: https://www.matesinmind.org/need-help.
