The St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce (‘Chamber’) has engaged an independent 3rd party to conduct a brief survey.

Our objective is simple - to provide the Chamber with constructive information from which to improve the value they bring to their existing and potential future Members. As they undertake a fresh look at their service and suite of programs, this is an ideal opportunity to voice your opinions and share your thoughts.

We recognize that your time is valuable and we expect that your inputs will take less than ten (10) minutes.

To further recognize that value we have been authorized to conduct a draw for one (1) free one-year Chamber Membership. To be eligible, simply provide your name and contact information along with your completed survey – answers provided will not be linked back to your contact details and all answers will be consolidated and will remain anonymous.

Note: This survey is confidential and abides by the Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) generated by federal privacy laws, and the responses will be consolidated by the independent 3rd party without reference to any specific source.
