Please choose ONE of the following options:

Option 1:
Is Scenario A which is a ZERO percent tax increase in property taxes, 3% water user rate increase and a 6.9% sewer user rate increase (3.9% of which is the impact of a shift from variable to flat sewer rates).

Option 2:
Is Scenario A except with a TWO percent tax increase specifically for tax revenue to be transferred to reserves for infrastructure replacement. This option still has a 3% water user rate increase and a 6.9% sewer user rate increase (3.9% of which is the impact of a shift from variable to flat sewer rates)

Option 3:
Is Scenario A except with a THREE percent tax increase specifically for tax revenue to be transferred to reserves for infrastructure replacement. This option still has a 3% water user rate increase and a 6.9% sewer user rate increase (3.9% of which is the impact of a shift from variable to flat sewer rates)
